At DG Solutions, we strive to ensure your orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. We use New Zealand Post for all our deliveries, providing reliable and secure shipping services across New Zealand.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Domestic Shipping (within New Zealand):
- Standard Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: Same day (available at an additional charge).
- Rural Delivery: May take an additional 1–2 business days with extra charges.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Australia Shipping (New Zealand Post):
- We proudly ship to Australia using NZ Post with reliable tracked delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days.

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package directly through the NZ Post website.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within New Zealand. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only deliver to valid New Zealand addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes for larger orders. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with NZ Post to resolve the issue. Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If you believe your order has been lost, please allow up to 10 business days for NZ Post to investigate before we can process a claim.
