Refund policy

At DG Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to address any concerns promptly and fairly.

1. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), we are required to ensure that our products:

  • Are of acceptable quality (i.e., safe, durable, and free from defects).
  • Are fit for the purpose for which they were sold.
  • Match the description provided.

If a product you purchased from us is faulty, defective, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the CGA.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We recommend that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure the products are suitable for your needs.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the description, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be entitled to a remedy under the CGA, which may include:

  • A repair or a replacement if the product is faulty.
  • A refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

To process your claim, please contact us at claims@dgsolutions.co.nz and provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
  • A description of the issue or damage.
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable).

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide you with instructions for returning the incorrect product.

5. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products that were custom-made or personalised (unless faulty).
  • Products purchased beyond the specified time frame for returns (7 days).

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Consumer Rights
